Nice to still be on track. My first reading on the scale this morning was 79.1-I knew that wasn't right, and this is why I always do 3x readings, just in case. Digital scales can be tricky, so here's some tips in case you're interested: •Place the scales on an even section of the floor, and always try to use the exact same place •Press one foot onto the scales so they turn on •Wait for the scales to turn off before your weighing •Step into the scales, trying to place your feet evenly, and again try for the same placement ☆I will then step off the scales and then back on them for a second reading. If both readings are exactly the same, I won't do a third. I don't wait for the scales to turn off before the re-weighs.
