Happy Hump Day. It's been a week since my last entry, and what a week it's been. I didn't over eat this past Thanksgiving, and for that I am proud of myself. I didn't gain any weight, until Sunday believe it or not. And not from over eating, but because I ate the wrong stuff. I knew it was bad when I ate it. We had home made won ton tacos. They were fantastic, but they just kinda sat in my stomach. When we had them the next day because we had plenty of left overs, I really noticed how they stayed in my system. Apparently using the wrong oil when cooking is a very big problem when you try to digest stuff. Now that it's been a few days, I feel a relief. I went from 271.8 yesterday to my weigh in today of 267.4. CRAZY. But I can say that I did not gain horribly during Thanksgiving, and I was able to get it back off before Christmas came around. Now to concentrate on losing 7 pounds in 3 weeks. Have a great day everyone!!!
