After a Thanksgiving Feast, leftovers, and some more pie... I'm okay with a slight gain this week. Yesterday I was 1/2 a pound ligther, so I'm a little disappointed today. Nevertheless, its a slow and steady fight to the end. Honestly, my goal for December is to maintain my sub-180 status. I will not give in to eating badly, but with holiday party after potluck after social gathering after moving party, I won't be eating home cooked meals very often this month. I will make good choices, but I will be at the mercy of someone else's cooking which is never a good choice really.

Dont be disappointed your weight can fluctuate as much as 4 lbs a day just depending on what time of day it is, water, salt, monthly cycles, and differnet foods all play a part in it. As long as your in it to win you'll be fine :)

December is hard. I am just trying to maintain and then come January I'm going to try some new strategies!
