I read a great article this morning about New Year resolutions. It talked of trying to achieve mental health and following the actions needed to achieve this. One point that really struck home was “the more you practice the guitar, the easier the notes come. And understand that some days we play better than others “ I think I might be tone deaf as far as my weight and health goes, but I’m going to keep practicing.
