I’m already pretty active with work. I average 12,000 steps a day. So I’m going to focus on eating healthy right now. I’m going to cut out beer and minimize drinking alcohol in general. I am also going to try and cut out heavy carbs, foods with added sugars, and added fats. And I am going to try and incorporate more vegetables and fruits.. this morning for breakfast I had four eggs, a cup of Greek yogurt, and an apple. Let’s get it dude
