Small loss with some disappointment that the scale isn’t down to where it was a few days back, despite increasing swimming to 6x 1.25 hrs and staying true to calorie management along with that stupid hormonal week of the month. BUT…had big losses both weeks of Christmas so letting it go right after this post 😊 As a football fan, likening it to leaving it all on the field every week but not necessarily winning every game…important thing is trusting the process and playing the long game for the win that matters. Now, off to watch my team get destroyed - Happy Sunday everyone!
