Been teetering between 175-180lbs for the past few months. Managed to get down to 165 in July 2022 but that was after three months of intense two workout per day sessions. Losing weight may be the most challenging thing I’ve ever done BUT I’m determined to reach my goals! Beginning of the week seems to be when I have the most energy, so I need to focus on weekend activity levels. 80% diet, 20% lifestyle. It’s time to change my routine so that I can have a better lifestyle.
