I have had an interesting couple of days. Monday I was told I was gaunt and on Tuesday I was told I have lost a ton of weight. I think it is curious the reactions that people have to you losing weight. My daughter assures me I am not gaunt. I feel better than I have in years so I must be doing something right. The weather is changing and I never know what to wear. It is cold in the office so I am wearing jeans. The good part of losing weight is the heat does not bother you as much and the bad part is..........I cannot think of the any bad part.

Well it is time to get dressed and face another day. Take care of yourselves.

How's your weight to height ratio? (Even though I know that's very individual.) You're probably not gaunt...but your friends and co-workers were probably quite comfortable with your former image....especially if they have some weight to lose. Most people cannot be objective about your weight loss because they're really thinking of themselves (whether they know it or not).
