Have not tracked food in forever, and stopped exercise until recently. Very grateful to have only picked up one poounf. I was afraid to get on the scale and justndecided this morning to face my fears!

I really must eat earlier, keep walking noe, get back to strenght exercise, and be careful of nuts and fats. I think the main thing is eating early and walking. This time, by God's grace I am just going to get it done! Also, my effort was compromized by a Lilieth who from her Islander viewpoint thought I had lost way too much weight and was concerned. I promised her that I would not lose more. However her Dannia is chubby! All in perspective! I feel so much better now that I am coming down off this weight!

I need to watch my eating at chirch as well. Food generally unhealthful, watch going out for meals except for subway, and get back to preparing beans and greens and more raw foods..

I have found it wasteful to purchase in quantity. I don't have refrigerator space, and I loose appetite formthe item and then it all goes in the trash. Okay -- I am motivated again. Have been going to work later each morning to walk and this is wonderful. Stopped for awhile to to the evening heat. Now I walk more in the mornings. I usually do 't get to walk on Sabbath, but I will go this morning.
