Lowered my calorie intake from about 2000 (hardcore bing eating) to about 1200. Also focusing on being more active. Downloaded a pedometer and my daily steps went from 1000 to 5000.
Goal for the end of the year is to make it to 175lbs and 7000 daily steps.
