Walked 5 miles day before yesterday after having an all is perfect at my dr. check up. My blood pressure was good 102/74 my pulse calm ( I forgot the number) anyway. I told her about my foot and she seemed unconcerned. I told her I would call her if it still hurt during the 1/2 marathon. I told her I was trying to lose some extra weight and so I didn't get any overweight lectures. All in all a wonderful feeling. She said if I ever wanted to get my numbers we could do that but she knows I wont take any drugs anyway so what does it matter. Gotta love that. So, holding steady and feeling good.
