I reached my goal weight! I’m still not ready for weights and higher exertion. The joint pain and body aches I feel daily are keeping me on my yoga regimen for now. I’ll be adding in some planking to my morning routine. And I’m going to form a quick progression for stomach & low back; tone the stomach to help slim it, and tone the back to help manage how often I’m straining it (it’s less now that I’ve dropped a lot of weight, but it needs attention). Any suggestions for what might help me gently reach toward those goals are welcomed.

Cancer sucks. However, my life is changing for the better in many ways through this experience. Better emotional and physical health… I’ll take those wins.
