You need to find your motivation. First check out a book on amazon.com called "Becks DIET SOlution. It's a book that helps with the way we think and deal with food and how to change our behaviors. It might help with emotional/stress eating. Check out PInterest.com and type in "fitness motivation or inspiration". It always gets my but moving. Get some fitness magazines, buy a new work out outfit, take a new exercise class or get a new work out dvd. JILLIAN Michaels new beginner shred is great to start toning up and short. The couch to 5 is awesome and really works. Running can really help you lose. Now get moving. You Can do this.
