Awesome result, how much weight have you lost since your mega fast last month? I am interested to know if you think it boosted your metabolism so your body is burning more calories or if you have made other changes to your diet / exercise routine since the fast...

When I did that 6 day fast in Nov I lost 5.3kgs and it’s been 3 weeks since then and I have lost 3.1 kgs more so averaging a loss of 1kg a week. My strength training 3 days a week is going really well getting strong and finishing my workouts early. It’s definitely a journey and not a race so I’m enjoying the progress. I’m 5kgs away from a 20kg weight loss I’m definitely going to set a new weight goal. Thanks for the support guys

Thanks 👍 1kg a week is how I lost 45kg, it's a good sustainable pace. Annoyingly it has slowed in the last couple of months so now I'm looking to see what I might try to get it moving again (still got a long road to travel)... I've only just started strength training so not feeling the benefits yet - just wondering why sweat bands ever went out of fashion - why??? 😀

Your amazing lizpackard09 👍🏽those sweet bands are so good I’ve got a thin modern Nike one I haven’t worn it much but I purposely bought it to reduce sweat lol I’ll start on Monday 😀
