I realize it has been so long since I came online. Thank you guys for your kind comments. I truely miss being here I feel pretty crappy about myself right now. My weight is up for sure with little motivation to stop the creep upward or time to focus on myself and my needs. I'll be back... I'm.hoping to not gain more between now and then. Thank you for your support!

Erquiaga, I'm ok. I'm just so focused on life that is so very busy and "daily." There is little to know time for extras in life right now. As soon as the holidays are over I will have time, but managing a store during this time is proving to be absolutely absorbing of my energizes, and what I have left is devoted to family. I'll be resurfacing, but right now I'm trying to get through one day at a time. A big help physically would be to plan good food to take to work. Even if I barely have a moment to eat or sit, I'd have something nourishing rather than having a snack I grab. TTYL! It will be soon! ❤️❤️❤️
