Aaaaaaaaand the delayed-onset soreness from the new full-body workout is here! Feels like I was hit by a car two days ago. Hard to explain, but...in a good way. A spread-out, dull pain just like the muscles are worn out from a tough, solid workout; it's not any sharp or intense pain.

Also, since I guess this is the place for it - I can now see visible pecs for the first time in my life too. Rebuilding my body from the ground up is fun :)
