Weighting after a one week long trip. Well, will restart my diet with induction phase carb count. Ate a cake for the first time since I'm back on Atkins. Interesting that I ate something like 1/4 of a thin slice and was already sooooo happy about it. I was wondering how could I eat an entire (or even two) big slices of cake before (well, we all know how). I was happy for this feeling.
