Youve been through a lot, you're not to blame, stress and depression are definitely big causes of weight gain. Make sure you are looking after yourself....walking, practicing mindfulness, eating more in the morning than throughout the rest of the day to help insulin levels and sleep (discovered this really helps!)...go for a massage, my physio and massage person know all about stress and depression, they've been a massive help. Dont be hard on yourself, find a way to manage your situation, there is always a way 💜
