Happy Friday!!!! It's another end of the work week. And what a week it was. I need to be honest, I haven't been totally honest with my weight tracking on here. Monday saw me rise back up to 274.8. :-( So not happy with that. It made me work harder this week to bring it back down to 270.4, a loss from last week, but a bigger loss from Monday. I look at it and see that I lost the weight this week, but I see that I gained. It sucks because I know that I can control my impulses, but apparently this past weekend was just plain bad. I really can't account for it, where I went wrong, and I think that is the worst part. Except for the spaghetti that I had on Sunday and Monday, nothing is sticking out. I didn't over eat on candy, I actually have had very little. So I just have to account it for normal fluctuation. But it still sucks. So, today is Friday, I have actually lost from last week, and a lot from Monday, and it's bowling day. I love to bowl. It is something that I find rather easy, fun, and am pretty good at. It is always a good thing for Friday to come. Makes my day brighter to know that I am going to have fun tonight.
