Pretty angry about some stuff this week and sad about others, so I didn't log a thing this week and ate and drank what I liked. it apparently turned out well. I'll have to reflect on the balance of what I ate and the portion sizes, which I think were pretty small 'cause I didn't have a good appetite.

You are doing so well. Stay positive as it seems to me that, after practicing this lifestyle, you have started automatically choosing appropriate foods and serving sizes. To have that as a habit is something I certainly aspire to.

Thanks triehard. I've lost nearly 4kg in 2.5 years. That's gotta be some kind of record! Slow and steady to the extreme! Take that menopause! 😊
