Hi Jomo1903 I only had normal water and sparkling water, black tea and black coffee during my the fast. I have been enjoying this weekend eating mindfully staying away from sugar feeling good and not doing any exercises just resting and enjoying the weekend. I trained everyday during my fast. I’m currently starting a new fast today I have no limit just going with the flow. I’m more focused on my exercise for the week and organising my life rather than thinking about food but one thing for sure I’ll get my fluids up. You can do it mate I’m with you.
