just started today having a protein shake for breakfast. am adding the extra calories of milk instead of water for now as it tastes better so maybe I'll stick with it longer. may go from 2% to skim but didn't want my husband to have to use watered down milk for his cereal because I am on a diet lol. will see how long I feel full. my protein % has been less than the goal. following my vegetarian diet.
