It’s almost time to add a more toning-focused element to my weight loss journey! 🎉
I have just over a pound to burn until I must activate the new goals I have had on preset. But DANG is my body hurting… the hormone blockers are keeping me wanting more yoga and no weight training. I think I’ll be focusing on highly cardiovascular activities most workout sessions until further assessment of my reaction to an incrementally higher impact plan first. And honestly , if I only add planking and light jogging or speed walking, that’s a pretty good “welcome back”. I’ll be building muscle from fat no matter what, so I guess that means I can increase my ice cream intake all the while. 😄
