I think I’m becoming a little obsessed with the scale I don’t want the numbers to consume me but I feel like I’m heading in that direction
I am happy that the numbers are coming down just need to stop weighing my self everyday

Have you tried measuring yourself instead? I got so obsessed with weighing and tracking that I ended up not being able to track for almost 3 years.
After some much needed therapy and introspection, I am now back and feel in control of my journey and obsessions ♥️

yes somtimes this happens with me too so I also try and stop and relax at times

That also happens to me, just do what makes u feel happy. Maybe try weigh yourself once a week instead or something, don’t let the numbers consume you. You’ve got this girl ✨🤍
