Well, I guess I am gonna have to officially call this a stall. :( Waiting for a move in the right direction. The pound gain is definitely water/fluid and not enough of it or protein. It is SO HARD to get in all the protein when you are not hungry. Need to order some Genepro I guess. Still happy as a clam and going to the Y; taking my big white fluffy bath robe to water aerobics now...just too chilly getting out of the pool! Maybe ate too many cashews...
