My husband went in for an operation last week Wednesday (recovering awesomely), thankful for all the tricks I have picked up because even without weighing my food, tracking and eating an entire pizza for dinner one night I didn't go up on the scale. I had my low kj bread for quick lunches, Strawberries and greek yoghurt for something sweet, trigz, nuttikrust or diddle daddle for a treat and a few meals already prepped. Because I don't restrict, it makes it so much easier to have life happen and not fall off the wagon. Back to tracking from today.
