ya ya for green arrow again :-)

really happy to still be in the 57 zone and at the lower end which is always a good thing for me.

Over the weekend I tried on a pair of my old jeans which I haven't been able to get into and now I can! I had them taken in and when I got bigger again I took them out a bit to squeeze in. now I can even have them taken in again :-)

the fact that my weight is down is really keeping me motivated to not slip back into old habits and I'm just very careful of what I eat.

I think my favorite thing is how my clothes are fitting. and that my confidence has gone up. It's amazing how much better I feel at the moment. taking more charge of myself and even at work I feel more comfortable.
