Surprised with with weight-loss with water intake still more than 3l per day counting green tea. I skipped gym yesterday as I was feeling tired after a long day at work. I woke up good this morning but a felt a bit lethargic. I will check my iron content. Ketones at 1.4mmols which is okay. The challenge today is to wake up lighter tomorrow which is especially hard after a huge weight-loss as the body adjusts itself.
