thank goodness, i broke the plateau. one whole kilo.
meanwhile, my bloods are down to 7.5mmol/l average, which is an HBA1c of 46 and under 137 mg/dl
the short form: I'm back in the prediabetic range from the diabetic range.
So it's what they call 'well controlled'.
Having said that, i ate a peanut butter sandwich yesterday adn my bloods went up to over 10mmol/l so ... I'm still clearly diabetic, I just have to not eat any carbs.
but still, one whole kilo! after only 2 months! woo hooo, I'm a winner!
