Need to gain back focus to reach 305! Will reward with a new piercing. I am worthy of the self love and discipline to reach this milestone. Need to focus on having two meals or three lighter meals. No Taco Bell until I am under 300. Need to avoid binge eating Chinese food (break it up between two meals), eat a healthier option at work, salads or fish instead of goldfever chicken or Mac n cheese. Small things really add up and no longer fit my desire to get to a healthier and smaller size. I saw a video of me skinnier and I really want to be back at that size but with a healthier mindset. I am not my past but I am working hard towards a brighter future.
