Was still more than half asleep when I weighed in this morning, so had no time for expectations. Yesterday I decided that when I get to 80kg I am going to treat/reward myself with a new outfit. I haven't been under 80kg since 2019, and I'm now starting to believe it's possible! No expectation on *when* I'll get there, but I know that I *can* get there if I stay consistent 💚
