Well weight loss wise I'm getting nowhere. I refuse to log a weight that is higher than my last low because I need to keep the pressure on myself - and I'm vaccilating up to 93kg and down to about 91.8.

So I'm leaving it where it is so we can all see how long this gosh-darned plateau is going to go on.

As to sugars tho; I am improving enormously. I am nearly down to normal sugar levels. I have a continuous glucose monitor that does all sorts of calculations for me, when I first started getting them about 7 weeks ago my average daily glucose was 13.

Now it's down to 8.3. Every day it goes down a tiny bit more.

New Zealand sugar levels are measured in mmol/l - whereas I know american levels are a different scale. So 8.3 is 150 mg/dl, and my starting level, 13.0, was about 230 mg/dl.

Marked improvement. As time goes by I hope to get down to 6.0 being 106 mg/dl.
