yay!

my favorite kind of weigh in! back down to my weekend weight which is awesome.

I did an extended fast yesterday of around 17-18 hours and kept my food at around 1000 calories - but all high protein, fat and veggies + a quest bar for a fibre kick.

since my days are pretty much sedentary I feel my body is working perfectly fine on this lower calorie scale. I would bump it up if I was suddenly being more active, but then I'd probably also be hungrier. right now my body seems full with one small meal, one snack and one larger meal. Cheese I'm keeping to a minimum and still all other dairy is out.

I really feel so much better and love how the two kilos have really made a difference. my body feels a bit more slender and a few less rolls. also the way my clothes fit just look better. people keep asking what's different about me but can't put their finger on it. .. so for now I'm just really happy with my progress and will keep this going :-)
