Went to Miladys and with their sizes I’m a 48. My gosh that was depressing as with having lost 25.8 kgs I feel so much better. But that size number says I’m still fat! But hey I am. Still a long way to go. Rodney encourages me which really helps. Sent an updated picture to my girls and Amanda. They are so positive and excited. That helps
