Total of 1.1kg for the week. Had a couple of higher carb days, and not getting enough fibre, but I'm still happy with the result. Waist is down 10cm in 3 weeks, so I've dropped a size. I also noticed a significant difference when climbing stairs- it is now much easier! Numbers on scales aren't everything 💚
