0.2lbs lost in fourtyfour days.
Hadn't bothered to record my weight for a while, since there wasn't any change.
Hindsight says I should have, so my habits would show why.
Many more binge days since the last weighing, but still very active every day around the house.
Calorie counting helps me somewhat, but most days I'm over my limit.
Being active has made all the difference.

It's just a phase of life! I am in it too! Too much eating - not enough CAREFUL eating! Just TOO MUCH! But, I'm not quitting! Neither will you! Every day is a new opportunity to get our mindset back to active weight loss! Let's GOOOOO!!!!! 💪 💯 🌎 🫶 ☘️

You've done a great job maintaining, and that's important too. I know you'll start losing again when you're ready.

Yes that's the thing ... once you get that mind set on doing it, it will happen again. Maintaining is just as hard, so well done and for losing, too.

Still moving in the right direction. Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. Its great to see that you're still on track.

Your doing great there will be minor bumps in the road I’ve experienced the cravings also satisfy them but with smaller amounts w E are all in this together keep up the phenomenal work

@loosebuttons: this post sounds exactly like what my post would read!!! (If I was honest) My scale hasn't moved much since October (or maybe September?) I still log everything- but I am over almost every day! I'm grateful to not be gaining, but a little disappointed in myself for being a bit complacent about the calorie intake! Anyway, I feel ya!!! Best of luck moving forward!!! 💪 💯 🌎 🫶 ☘️
