My muscles are not tight or sore. I hope this means that I am begaining to get fat adapted. I still want different food but I am not that hungry anymore. No sign of a headache either. My mood has been even. I didnt realize how much craving effected my emotions. I am recording other changes because the weight is not changing but I was warned that will happen.
