The interest paid for sweet potato chips last night 😂. I'm so ok with this, as
1) I've learned something
2) This is my first increase in a month
3) Fluctuations are NORMAL. Most ppl wil go up and down with an overall downward trend, not just down and down
4) Saturday will likely be my heaviest day of the week
5) This weight is temporary

If you're ever beating yourself up over an increase, feel free to read this, or make your own personal list to counter the unhelpful thinking, because its the negativity that leads to giving up, not the number on the scales 💚
