Damn. Time to focus. But soooo much stress, and it's sooo easy to cheat. I really wish someone would just make a pill, so I don't have to eat. I hate eating! I have tooo damn many restrictions!!!! Argh!

Take a deep breath. This too, shall pass. You might want to try focusing on the things you CAN eat and SHOULD be eating and how to make them delicious instead of all of your food restrictions. I have a list half a mile long of foods I can no longer eat, but I don't let that stop me from thoroughly enjoying the foods that nourish and heal my body. Best of luck to you! :)

Concur with Sweet2th... also refer to links I posted 9/26... there is a nutrition section on that site also that will give you a paradigm shift. I no longer feel "restricted" from drinking Dr. Pepper, because I now see it for what it IS NOT.... It is not a food source. I also now know how to have a Starbucks carmel machiada(?) and blueberry scone with my 16 year old daughter ... great bonding without feeling guilty! It is all explained on that site... enjoy!
