Disappointing but not a surprise. I noticed a weight gain on Wednesday and last night I attended a wonderful Thanksgiving diner with all the trimmings. This past week I've walked 10kms around the neighborhood and added 30kms onto my stationary bike maybe this has had some bearing? The exercise, friendship and Pumpkin pie with real whipped cream was worth it. Cheers to all have a good week.

I'm in a similar situation with a quick gain....the good news is that you can take it off nearly as quickly if you reduce calories/sodium and drink lots of water, so no long term effect.

Totally worth it! Just bump up your water and fiber for a few days and poof, it'll be gone! :)

Maybe it's the moon Altagent, there are a few of us with an upward spike it seems to be catching, looking forward to next week! I'm going to try to walk mine off!

Thanks for the insight and support. I almost bought a apple pie and tub of ice cream, settled with an apple. Thanks all have a good week.

Thanks again Snail2 & Bill, the money I saved on pie and ice cream went towards a new Tanita BC533. Should be standing on it after the weekend.
