Weight down and no Lasix for the past few days. IF is working! I also do a few natural things for inflammation. Fasted 20 hours and I even am resisting the junk my daughter brings in! She's a chocholic. Watching the wind and rain today during our Tropical Storm and praying for everyone in Florida that are affected. Have a lovely day!

Weight was actually 190.6

Thank you! It’s hard! I have to truly be good now for my health. At 64, the dr found silent heart disease and SVT. My monitor showed my heart rate up to 174 and I never noticed it. It’s done that for decades . Having to take 2 meds and neither has major side effects. Sugar increases your cholesterol and most people don’t realize that. I’ll be as good as possible until Halloween. I’ll have some candy, but not much. I don’t celebrate Thanksgiving as I’m Cherokee. It’s a day of mourning. No major temptation there. Christmas we just eat sweets, so I’ll be limited in what I do eat. Thank you and have a wonderful night!
