Had a good weekend. Weight steady, so I didnt reach my goal of making 169. But Im pretty confident that I can get there at some point this week. Did meet the exercise challenge goal of 30 min a day, so that was a plus. Went and bought a new pair of running shoes yeserday...it was definitely time. Was anxious to use them last night. It was amazing what a difference they made...my feet and legs felt great. I felt like a commercial....it was like running on a cloud of air! LOL
