Boom. Finally moving in the right direction.

Yesterday added to my daily yoga I did a headstand session (which I will keep doing daily until I can headstand properly), and I ran my usual 30 mins.

On a different note: It's been a while now that I don't feel the need to snack after dinner. I know snacking after dinner is habit/boredom while watching TV, but now it's been a while I haven't had the NEED to EAT. It used to be a willpower battle...
Anyway, I don't know how this good roll will last, because it all comes and goes I guess, but I'm enjoying this POWER moment a lot.

This was the first bakasana I did... looks like crap I know :) I don't need the block now either. Also the first pic I upload of myself here ever.
Not bad for an almost 42 year old though.

great job and great first pic as well, you look very fit 👍 I should give yoga another chance I only tried hot yoga once in college but never really gave it a fair shot because I thought it wasn't the cool thing to do. I know it has huge benefits for the body especially with flexibility. maybe your post is the push I need to give it another shot. 😁

Thanks so much, awesome supportive community. :) I'll def keep at it. Mind and body, is totally worth it! I was never a workout person, I started working out 3x per week in my late 30s, and now I'm working out every day. I really have more muscle than when I was 20. Never too late. Thanks again everybody for your lovely words. :)
