Went out for lunch twice this week with work so had to be conscious about choices, especially trying to eyeball/ estimate calorie count. It’s also “that time” so lots of weird scale fluctuations on top of the other related joys lol. Felt pretty good about managing through it all, even with a more moderate loss than recent months. 4 more days to Costa Rica!
