1.6lbs lost in fourteen days.
Had several heavy binge days along the way, but have remained very active with steady house chores such as cleaning, painting, and moving heavy items every day.
Calorie counting helps me keep close watch, though most days I'm over my limit.
It's being active that makes the difference.

Thank you all so much for the support! Some weeks are better than others for us all. It's important to see what makes us have a good one, and then try to recreate it!
