Oh gosh. I was doing great but….big but…..the holiday really screw things up. Too many outings, too much food….and a lot of stress lately at work sure didn’t help me focus on a healthy diet. Well, time to reflect on what went wrong and get back to my diet. The goal is close, it’s the mind that isn’t there yet, butI’m working on it and reading other people’s achievements help a lot.
