Good Morning! Looks like Frank and I are going to do our little dance this week. That is alright I am starting to accept that is the way my body is and it is nothing to fear. I can not say I feel this way all the time but I am trying. It has been cool up here in fact I have been wearing sweats the past two days. I hope winter is not going to be early this year. Well I have to get ready for work so I will sign off. Today my goal is to enjoy today and smell the roses. You all enjoy also and for those who are struggling do not give up. We have all been there and probably be there again. For me I intend to learn to accept today and worry about tomorrow tomorrow.
