a slight upwards movement vs yesterday which I half expected.
I haven't had any movement in my digestion area so guessing it's just that. my body feels much more slender at the moment as tom is also making its way out the door.
leg muscles are also very sore from the loads of walking done over the weekend.
plus didn't drink nearly enough water yesterday. so all these things combined make it a fairly expected moment.
no worries yet on my side.... will just ride this out. plus still worried the 59 was just a tom good fluctuation and I could re balance at 60 again. hoping not though!
