I weighed daily when I was losing my weight, it kept me on track! it will go up occasionally, but it will mostly go down.

Also, no booze. I only had one or two on a couple of days a week, and I counted them, but even with a calorie deficit, it was stopping the weight loss.

it is pretty silly to do that. body weight fluctuates +/- 2 kg and it is mostly water you lose. to loose 1 kg of fat you need to have a calorie Deficit of 7500. yes you need to cut 1000 calories a day for a week to be able to lose 1 kg of Fat.

I do daily weigh-ins because you start to see the daily fluctuations and get comfortable with going up and down, and then you get a better feel for trends over time. more data the better I say!

I weight myself after taking a huge dump every morning. sometimes it can be up to 2 kg. gives me false rewarding idea that I lost weight. woohoo 2 kg every day! but next day it is back to same figure for some strange reason...
