Two ounces ... I'll take it! I've been getting some form of good exercise every day. A run (1.5+ miles), or a regular workout (lifting with a little cardio). I also have a policy to not allow myself to sit down, unless for a specific task that requires it. I'm forcing myself to constantly do something. I don't like it, but it prevents me from playing with my phone for an hour or more, getting sucked into watching TV, or generally being lazy. I look for something to clean, fold, or organize. Lord knows I'm behind on housework, anyway. Cheers!!

Supposedly, vacuuming can burn more than 200 calories an hour. Good luck! (And .2 pounds 3.2 ounces — pretty darn good!)

@Avocado Tea you're exactly right! I didn't think about .2 being 3.2 ounces. Thanks for pointing that out. I have a habit of consistently under-crediting what I've done, so when I stepped on the scale, my immediate reaction was disappointment, but I've had a fantastic week and feel great! My mindset needs some serious work! BTW I love your profile name. ❤️

Sounds like a great and productive new habit! I do calisthenics while watching a movie and reserve downtime to reading a book before bed. Some people put exercise bikes and treadmills in their living room.
